Processing & Delivery
Free delivery is available on all orders over R500. All orders under R500 will incur a flat delivery fee of R49. This policy applies to main centre to main centre delivery’s only. Main centre’s include: Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Johannesburg, Kimberly, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Pretoria, Pietermaritzburg and Port Elizabeth. All non-main centre delivery’s may incur additional fees – please contact us to confirm.
Please allow all orders to be processed within 2 business days. Expect to receive your item within 2 – 4 business days after processing has been completed (total lead time of between 4 – 6 business days). Delivery may take up to 5 business days for outlying areas (non-main centre areas). We do not ship over weekends or public holidays and no longer support next day delivery mandates unless specifically arranged, however, next day collection is available.
If you would prefer to collect your package, contact us using the What’s App chat feature in the bottom right corner of your screen and we will gladly arrange this for you. Next day collection is available depending on the payment method you choose. Credit and debit payments made via Yoco and PayJustNow clear immediately and as a result, will qualify for next collection.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We deliver to addresses within South Africa, Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. We currently do not offer tracked delivery for domestic orders, but if you still have not received your package after 7 business days please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will notify you of your delivery status via email or What’s App.
