Processing & Delivery
Free delivery is available on all orders over R750. All orders under R750 will incur a flat delivery fee of R89 via either The Courier Guy or SkyNet (delivered within 2 – 3 days after processing) – or you can select an overnight option via The Courier Guy (delivered within 1 – 2 days after processing) for R129. This policy applies to main centre to main centre delivery’s only. Main centre’s include: Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Johannesburg, Kimberly, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Pretoria, Pietermaritzburg and Port Elizabeth. All non-main centre delivery’s may incur additional fees – please contact us to confirm.
Delivery Surcharges: Please note that heavy items, specifically, speakers and mixing desks may incur an additional delivery surcharge due to weight. If you are unsure whether the item you are purchasing may incur a delivery surcharge, please contact us via What’s App before purchasing and we will confirm this information for you.
Please allow all orders to be processed within 1 business day. Expect to receive your item within 2 – 3 business days after processing has been completed (total lead time of between 3 – 4 business days) with the Economy option and 1 – 2 business days after processing has been completed (total lead time of between 2 – 3 business days) with The Courier Guy option. Delivery may take up to 5 business days for outlying areas (non-main centre areas). We do not ship over weekends or public holidays.
Tracking details are sent automatically via e-mail once your courier has been booked. Please keep an eye on the tracking link for detailed information on the specific location of your parcel. If certain items need to be ordered in from different suppliers and your package has to be consolidated at our office before shipping, then this may delay the shipping process. Please contact us to confirm stock location on big orders consisting of 3 or more items.
COLLECTION
If you would prefer to collect your package, contact us using the Whats App chat feature in the bottom right corner of your screen and we will gladly arrange this for you. Next day collection is available depending on the payment method you choose as well as the specific item(s) that is purchased. Credit and debit payments made via Yoco, PayFast and PayJustNow clear immediately and as a result, will qualify for next day collection.

We deliver to addresses within South Africa, Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. You will also receive your tracking details automatically via email once we have booked your courier. If you experience any errors, please contact the relevant courier directly via the supplied contact information or contact us via the Whats App button.
