We are based in Kuils River, Cape Town, South Africa. We ship all our orders either directly from our distributor’s warehouses (if an item is back-ordered) or from our own warehouse in Kuils River (if an item says in-stock). Please see our shipping policy for detailed information.
All orders made via Yoco, PayFast, PayJustNow & Float are processed immediately and dispatched the next business day. Delivery can take between 1 – 4 business days depending on your chosen courier option at checkout. Delivery may take up to 5 business days for outlying areas. You will receive tracking details once your order is booked for collection with the courier.
Yes you may, but this would need to be arranged beforehand. Please contact us on Whats App if you’re interested in collection at our Cape Town office. Pargo pick-up points are available as a collection option as well – we choose the closest Pargo point to your delivery address.
You will receive an email once your order has been completed. Once we book the courier to collect your order, either directly from the supplier(s) or from our office, you will receive the relevant tracking details via email.
You will be eligible for an exchange or refund as long as you request this to us via email, Whats App or telephonically within 7 days of your purchase date. We can arrange a courier to collect the returned order at no additional expense to you in the case of an exchange. Please see more information in our refund policy.
You can pay during the checkout process using your credit or debit card. We use South Africa’s leading payment gateways (PayFast & Yoco) to ensure a safe and secure transaction process. Alternatively, you can make a deposit directly via EFT into our business account by selecting the ‘direct deposit’ method during checkout. You can also receive your item immediately and split your payments over a 3 month period via PayJustNow’s ‘lay-by’ option. Mobicred and Float are also available at checkout. Select your preferred method of payment during checkout.
Yes we can! If you can’t find what you’re looking for on our website, we can check if our supplier or another local distributor has stock available. Email on support@auremaudio.co.za or Whats App us and tell us what you need.
