We are based in Cape Town, South Africa. We ship all our orders from either our Montague Gardens (CPT) or Midrand (JHB) warehouse. Please see our for detailed information.
All orders are processed as soon as proof of payment is received (If payment has been made via EFT) and dispatched once payment has been reflected in our business account. Order processing generally takes 1 day and delivery can take between 2 to 3 business days. Delivery may take up to 5 business days for outlying areas. You will be updated with regular emails to inform you of your order status.
Yes you may, but this would need to be arranged beforehand. Please contact us on email@example.com if you’re interested in collection.
We currently do not offer a tracking mechanism, but you will receive regular email updates from us throughout the order fulfilment process up until your order is dispatched. If you are concerned about the tracking of your order, then contact us on and we will manually update you on your order location.
You will be eligible for an exchange or refund as long as you request this to us via email or telephonically within 7 days of your purchase date. Please note that additional logistics fees may apply, please find more information in our refund policy.
You can pay during the checkout process using your credit or debit card. We use South Africa’s leading payment gateways (PayFast & Yoco) to ensure a safe and secure transaction process. Alternatively, you can make a deposit directly via EFT into our business account by selecting the ‘direct deposit’ method during checkout. You can also receive your item immediately and split your payments over a 3 month period via PayJustNow’s lay-by option. Select your preferred method during checkout.
