Shipping & Returns

Delivery is free on all orders over R1000. Orders under R1000 will incur a R79 delivery fee.  Your order will be shipped from the warehouse closest to your location. If you are based in Cape Town or Johannesburg, you are eligible for click & collect. Contact us to arrange collection.

All orders made by debit/credit card, Mobicred or PayJustNow are processed within 2 business days. Expect to receive your item within 2 – 4 business days after processing has been completed (total lead time of between 4 – 6 days). Delivery may take up to 5 business days for regional areas. Delivery is not available over weekends or public holidays and we no longer support next day delivery requests unless specifically arranged.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, you may file a return or exchange within 7 days provided the item is in its original condition. You are responsible for arranging a return courier or dropping off the item at our office in Cape Town before refund or exchanges can be processed.
